Satisfaction Guaranteed

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with a product purchased at MOM's, simply return the unused portion with your itemized receipt within 30 days for a full refund. It‘s easy!

Please understand that we are unable to take returns on juicers, books & magazines, or specially ordered items not regularly stocked.


The vast majority of our customers are fair, reasonable, pleasant, and understanding. Our return policy is in place for the benefit of such customers so that we don‘t have to raise prices to compensate for losses such as those described below.

We at MOM‘s take great pride in offering health food at discount prices. However, for MOM's to continue to guarantee lowest prices, we must have a return policy which prevents the following:

1. Products being returned to MOM‘s that were fresh when purchased but have exceeded the expiration date or spoiled as a result of the customer not using the products in a timely manner.

2. Shoplifters taking the product off of the shelves, then without ever leaving the store, trying to return the items.

3. Customers returning products that were purchased elsewhere.
